We achieve a speedy construction process with a minimum handover time of just two months. *The minimum two months applies only to single-story buildings. By producing about 80% of the construction process in our own factory, we significantly shorten the on-site construction period and are less affected by weather conditions, ensuring a stable construction schedule. Additionally, since Mobile Space only requires you to choose standardized sizes and options, the time from planning to construction can also be greatly reduced. There’s no need to consider a design plan from scratch. Mobile Space also excels in design aesthetics. Mobile spaces with excellent design and functionality can be customized to suit various purposes. They can accommodate small-scale (2 tsubo) spaces as well as large three-story structures.

Mobile Space is a unit house that can be completed in as little as one day. Since about 80% of the construction process is produced in our own factory, it significantly shortens the construction period compared to traditional methods where all work is done on-site. It is possible to construct large spaces up to three stories by connecting units, starting from a small size (2 tsubo). Mobile Space can be used in various ways, such as using the first floor as a warehouse or garage and the second floor as an office or living space, effectively utilizing limited land area. It is also possible to create stylish private spaces within the garage using glass partitions. Additionally, insulation materials are inserted in all surfaces of the roof, walls, and floor, ensuring a comfortable space throughout the year. Furthermore, the insulation materials used are made of fire-resistant materials, providing peace of mind in the event of a fire. Unit houses can be relocated or expanded even after construction. There is also a buyback system available if they are no longer needed, minimizing business risks. *Note 1: Three-story units can be accommodated with the 57.75MS1 high type. Other conditions apply. The produced unit houses are transported to the site by truck and assembled like building blocks. The Shumiyama Buddhist Goods Store, which has a 130-year history rooted in Yamanashi Prefecture and operates three stores within the prefecture, has implemented this solution. This construction was carried out as a relocation of an existing store to open a new location in a different area of the prefecture. In this relocation, it was necessary to demolish the existing store. The Shumiyama Buddhist Goods Store, having witnessed a lot of waste materials from the demolition of a still usable building, resonated with our product's commitment to minimizing waste and being environmentally conscious, leading to their adoption of our solution.
